Ninety10 was founded by Kate Noakes, a senior change leader in the hospitality, travel, customer service and healthcare sectors, with extensive business transformation and innovation experience.

The company name pretty much encapsulates all that she stands for. A person who only knows how to get 90% of the results in 10% of the time (80/20 is just too low a bar). She often calls her approach 'pareto on steroids'.

Kate is a go-to development partner, with a long and exciting track record in transforming businesses and teams. Her career story includes many well-known names: such as British Airways, Pizza Hut and Eurostar. She also has experience driving change in large public sector organisations including the NHS and for fleet-of-foot SMEs: like Alpha Flight Services and Hayley Conference Centres.
